VpcSubnetInterface
One interface the subnet's attachedNicCount is counting. Membership is the delete guard's own census — an interface is listed while it is being attached or reclaimed, or while a LIVE machine holds it — so the unfiltered meta.total here and attachedNicCount on the subnet are the same number.
