AuthGrantRole
One role assignment behind the credential's grants, with the permissions that role itself carries. A role held both entity-wide and inside a resource group appears twice, with the same id and different scope. A role-scoped API key has no assignment row, so its single entry reports the credential's own entity and a null resource group.
