NetworkInterfaceModel

A VM network interface. world is the discriminator: exactly one linkage is live per row (chk_vm_interfaces_one_linkage), so the identity fields of the other two worlds are null. A legacy row carries networkName/networkId/cidrBlock/gatewayIp/networkType; a vpc row carries vpcSubnetId/subnetName/vpcId/vpcName and cidrBlock (the subnet's); an l2 row carries only l2SegmentId/l2SegmentName — a segment has no address, gateway or network type to report.

  • Integer 0 or 1 on the wire — 1 when this is the primary interface, not a JSON boolean.

  • Integer numbers.

  • Which linkage kind this interface has. Tells the consumer which identity fields below are live.

  • Live when world is legacy or vpc; an L2 segment has no CIDR.

  • Live when world is legacy.

  • Live when world is l2.

  • The segment display name — the only human-readable identity an l2 interface has.

  • Live when world is legacy.

  • Live when world is legacy; one of standard or custom. Null on a vpc or l2 row.

  • Provider address id on a legacy row; a resource_vpc_public_ips row id on a vpc row. Branch on world before acting on it.
