Roles & Permissions

Roles control what a user can do in the GPCN™ portal. When you assign a role to a user, you're granting them a defined set of capabilities. Every user must have at least one role.

Available Roles

GPCN™ includes three roles for customer organizations:

Role Best for
Tenant Administrator Team leads or IT administrators who need full control over infrastructure and user management
Tenant Power User Engineers or operators who manage infrastructure day-to-day but don't need to administer users or organization settings
Tenant User Team members who need visibility into resources without the ability to make changes
