Find answers and reach the GPCN™ (Global Private Cloud Network™) support team whenever you need help.

Help Resources

The GPCN™ portal includes a Support area that brings together the resources you'll need to find an answer:

  • Documentation — feature overviews and step-by-step portal guides
  • How-to Guides — end-to-end walkthroughs for common workflows
  • Developer Resources — API reference and integration guides
  • Policies — service, privacy, and acceptable-use policies

Open the Support link in the portal to browse these resources. Most questions about how a feature works, or how to complete a task, are answered here.

Open a Support Ticket

If the resources don't answer your question, open a support ticket. From the Support area, use the open a support ticket link to describe your issue — the GPCN™ support team will follow up with you.

To help the team resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The name or ID of the affected resource — VM, network, volume, and so on
  • Any error message shown in the portal
  • The data center or region involved, if relevant
