Delete a stream destination
Soft-deletes one of your tenant's stream destinations; it stops streaming
and no longer appears in the list. The deletion is recorded as an audit
event. Requires the audit-log:manage permission. Also requires an entity-
level resource-group:bypass grant — a manage grant assigned scoped to a
resource group is refused, since this surface is not clamped to resource
groups.
