Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") delineates acceptable practices and prohibited uses of the services provided by the Global Private Cloud Network™ (the "GPCN™"). This encompasses all interactions with the GPCN's network of internet properties, which includes our online platforms, websites applications, products, services and programmatic interfaces including API and Terraform tools (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP applies to all Global Private Cloud Network™ customers and users ("you", "your") who access the Services by purchasing, visiting, or registering accounts.

The guidelines and examples listed in the AUP are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time by updating the documents on our Services. By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with this latest version of this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities - You may not use the Services to engage in illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive activities, or to transmit, store, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. Prohibited activities and content include, but are not limited to:
   • Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities: Activities that are illegal, that infringe on the rights of others, or that may harm others, our operations, or our reputation. This includes promoting child pornography, fraudulent goods and services, ponzi and pyramid schemes, phishing, and pharming.
   • Infringing Content: Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. This includes unauthorized disclosures of private information or using information from The Global Private Cloud Network™ and/or our users for personal or business purposes without proper attribution or permission.
   • Offensive Content: Content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.
   • Harmful Content: Software or technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information. This includes viruses, Trojan horses, worms, and other malicious code.
   • False Content: Submitting content or information that misrepresents your identity or affiliation, impersonates others, or engages in fraudulent behavior.
2. Security Violations - You are prohibited from using the Services to compromise the security or integrity of any network, computer, communications system, software application, or network or computing device. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, monitoring, or interference, and falsifying packet or message headers to mask the origin of the content.
3. Network Abuse - You may not make unauthorized network connections to any users or hosts. Prohibited activities include monitoring, crawling, denial-of-service attacks, intentional interference, and operation network services like open proxies or mail relays.
4. API & Automation Tool Abuse - You are prohibited from using the API, Terraform and other automation tools provided by the GPCN™ to initiate requests that overload system capacity, degrade service performance for other customers, create excessive or abusive traffic patterns or bypass normal operational controls.
5. Email and Messaging Restrictions - You are prohibited from engaging in unsolicited mass emailing or other message distributions (commonly known as "SPAM"). This includes altering or obscuring mail headers or assuming an identity without explicit permission. You may not use The Global Private Cloud Network's communication tools to market unrelated businesses or opportunities without authorization.
6. Legal and Professional Use - You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including criminal, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory mandates. You must use the Services in a professional manner.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement - We may investigate any reported violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services, which may involve reviewing user content and taking appropriate action including but not limited to removing content, limiting service access, and terminating accounts.
8. Reporting Violations - If you observe any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately through the portal. Your cooperation in maintaining the security and integrity of our services is appreciated. The Global Private Cloud Network™ does not endorse the content passed through its network nor assume liability for user's actions. We may take necessary action to protect our services and our users, including cooperating with law enforcement.

By using our Services, you agree to adhere to this AUP and ensure that your end-users comply accordingly. Failure to adhere to this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your services and removal of offending content.
